Ab and Pelvic Floor: 21-Day Restoration Program

A 3-week challenge to heal your core and pelvic floor!

Stop Peeing When You Sneeze.
Heal Your Core and Pelvic Floor in Just 21 Days.

A guided, video-based recovery program designed by a Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist — for busy moms who want to feel strong and confident again.

You know that feeling.

You sneeze and cross your legs. You laugh too hard and hope nobody notices. You pick up your baby and feel like something just... isn't right in your core.

Maybe you've been told to "just do Kegels." Maybe you've Googled "diastasis recti" at 2am while feeding the baby. Maybe you've wondered if this is just your body now.

It's not. And you don't have to figure this out alone.

THE SOLUTION

Core & Floor Restore is a 21-day guided program that walks you through exactly how to heal your core and strengthen your pelvic floor — step by step, with video instruction for every single move.

This isn't a PDF of exercises you do on your own and hope you're doing right. Katie is with you in every video, explaining what to focus on, what to feel, and how to know it's working.

I am a Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist who believes in healing the body through specialized movements and nutrition. I studied nutrition and physical therapy in college and went on to become a Pilates instructor.

So why then, with all of my training, did I have so much trouble postpartum?

In all of my studies, postpartum care was not discussed. As a new mom, I didn't realize the trauma my body would go through because of the birthing process. It wasn't until after my first baby arrived that I pushed myself to return to intense exercise in just six weeks. As a result, I ended up in specialized physical therapy to work scar tissue out and strengthen my pelvic floor. I have never experienced anything so awkward and shocking.

I don't want you to go through what I went through. I'm putting together everything I've learned to help you heal, nourish your body and manage weight during and after baby!

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start this program?
Most moms start after their 6-week postpartum checkup, but always consult your healthcare provider first. That said, it's never too late — we've had moms start this program years after birth and see amazing results.
How much time does it take?
The workout videos range from 4 to 17 minutes. Most moms complete a session in under 20 minutes, including warm-up. This is designed to fit into naptime.
Will this fix my diastasis recti?
We're not doctors and can't make medical claims. What we can tell you is that this program teaches you how to properly engage your core, strengthen your pelvic floor, and progressively rebuild — which are the same principles used in physical therapy for diastasis recti.
What if I've never done Pilates?
Perfect — this program assumes zero experience. Katie guides you through every movement in real-time.
